Hey SgtMic,

Living and riding in Texas, I was in a quandary between doing a 107 bore and the Drop-in 110 Kit. I ride in some pretty hot conditions and was worried about the thin wall of a bored 107 cylinder holding up in our summer heat and the additional heat the bored 107 cylinders put out that affect the riders.

None of us know yet how these HD drop-in 110 kits will hold up long term, but with HD, S&S and now Fulemoto offering these same style kits it is starting to make me feel better about my decision.

One thing that bothered me was that most of the nasayers that I talked to were the guys offering the 107 kits. I didn't know if they really knew what they were talking about or were just trying to protect their product

After this next season I will have about 25K on this system, I will do a 20K update this summer

Some of those guys also swore you couldn't bore a 107, only 106.

Alot of guys are on the fence between the 107 and 110 kits so we offer our FM Extreme Duty Cylinders in both configurations. The 107 gets you a thicker ductile iron sleeve, while the 110 features a hi-tensile steel liner that allows for larger bore; both have their benefits. It really comes down to the entire combination and what you are looking for.

I am really like the idea of the 110 and now Fuel Moto has made that possible
I have the Twin Cooled which Harley really only has one option,, Stage 3 with the 585 cams
Thats not really interesting me

I cant wait to see some info on the FM Drop in 110 Kits and Dyno runs as such
with stock heads and with Ported heads

Thanks

Cylinders looks closely to S&S, did they came from the same manufacturer ?

In addition to the kit initially mentioned, the Fuel Moto 110 "drop in" piston/cylinder kit is now also available with pistons for SE 110 & MVA heads in 10.5-11.25 compression for 07-later H-D Twin Cam models. These kits run $999.00 including gaskets, just add your heads & cams of choice. Check them out at https://www.fuelmotousa.com/p-28613
