Scott,
What kind of numbers could one expect with the set up you described above? I have a 2015 Road Glide with just an upgraded SS 551 cam ( Didn't notice much gains over stock cam). I have a V&H power dual header with Rhinehart slip ons and a Direct Link tuner. Very disappointed in the final # gains after dyno tune.

So....... got everything installed;
100" S&S kit w/ ES 585 cam's.
10.8:1 compression
MCE fully ported heads, 1.94/1.57
D&D Fatcat exhaust
51mm HPI TB w/ 1.71 intake to match the heads.
Dnojet PC5
Got everything together, but having a stumble issue at very light throttle while cruising and occasionally a bad stumble on take off. Tuner can't figure it out as it doesn't seem to be fuel related, (get's worse with heat).
Tuner put stock TB back on and has been able to aleviate the light throttle stumble while cruising, but still has the occasional off idle stumble, (bog) when taking off. Not that it was the HPI TB causing this he just eliminated it to try and fix the issue.
Here is the graph with the stock TB. It looks to me as if it is nosing over around 4600rpm and needs the larger TB to make the number up top.
Not sure if the PC5 can't make enough adjustments for all of the mod's done and I may need something more like the TTS to fix the stumble or if something else is happening. Interested in your opinions on the upper end power with the 585 cam's. I thought it would pull a little harder on the top end. ?????
Thanks,
David

I hope more than 5, but we'll see.
I asked about that and he said it was good. He thinks it is electrical, (TPS sensor has a glitch or something like that.)
