Going to pick it up tomorrow. Still has an occasional hickup off idle. He pulled the HPI 51mm TB off and put the stock TB back on. He says it cured some of the problem, but not all of it. I'm heading to Bike Week in Phoenix on Sunday so I'm going to put some miles on it and hopefully talk to some people out there and see what I can come up with.
Bike made 106hp and 116 tq so far with the stock TB. Not what I would have expected with the S&S 585 cam and this combination.

Sorry guy's, I thought I had put all the info.
100" S&S kit with the ES 585 cams.
10.8:1 compression
Fully ported heads w/ 1.94 int and 1.57 ex
D&D Fatcat
I have an HPI 51mm TB, but he took it off trying to fix this issue, so this is with the stock TB.
Here is the dyno graph, it looks to me like it is nosing over around 4600 rpm, not bad, but I would expect this cam to pull alitlle harder up top. Could be due to the stock TB, but I'm not sure. I'm waiting on a graph witth the A/F ratio. I come from the car dyno world so kind of new to the Harely stuff.
Any opinions comments are gladly welcome.

MCE out of Texas, Matt Chalmers did the head's.
I would think it should be pulling harder up top with these cam's, but probably needs the bigger TB. I would think 6300+ rpm. ???
