Default Which calibration file should be used with a 103 Stage 4 Race kit?

I have a couple of technical questions concerning HD calibration files.

The 103 Stage 4 Race kit, pn 92500010, (not the street kit), is described in the Screamin' Eagle catalog as using "CNC-Ported Factory cylinder heads with high performance valve springs" and the "SE-259E" camshaft set.

The HD "calibration description" file that comes with the Supertuner software package, says that a 2014 103 cu in Softail with this kit should use one of TWO different calibration files:
358SCZ002, if it uses "CNC Stock" heads and SE-259E camshafts set
358BAP002, if it uses "110+" heads and SE-259 (note: no "E") or SE-251 cams

I have that kit installed in my 2014 Breakout, when the bike had only 68 miles on it, and the dealer loaded a file that the Supertuner software screen describes as "358BAP00201", to use during the break-in period for the kit, before doing a detailed dyno tune.

This struck me as odd today when I noticed that file name, because I would THINK that my "CNC-Ported Factory cylinder heads with high performance valve springs" would correspond to the "CNC Stock" heads, which apparently require the OTHER calibration file: 358SCZ002.

So, here are my questions:

1. Am I correct in thinking that the calibration file is a "canned tune"?

2. Why would the dealer have used "358BAP00201" instead of '358SCZ002" given the heads in my kit?

might want to try asking in the tuner section for a faster response
