Default Panhead destroying rockers!!! please help

i have a 88ci shovel bottom with STD panheads on it. Im in dire need of help. I recently lost a roller on the bottom of a lifter which took out my lifters, tappet blocks, cam and oil pump. upon repairing everything i also installed KB forged 11:1 and had new valves, guides, seals, seats, springs and retainers in the heads. now the bike eats up all the top brass in EVERY rocker. the motor only lasts about 100 miles before eating rockers. I have had this bike apart 4 times in the last 2 months installing new rockers. upon putting it back together this time i drilled the hole in the bottom of the rocker blocks to feed more oil because I'm running solid lifters. I started the bike up and immediately it starts howling from the rockers, not really loud but loud enough to where i know what is going to happen down the road. i always use comp cams assembly lube when putting new rockers or anything of that matter in. Im afraid to ride the bike to to the fact of previous experience that its a ticking time bomb, its only a matter of time before the brass gets tore up and the bike locks up. I dunno what to do to resolve this problem, any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated

i have aftermarket rocker assembles in it and the heads were done by a pretty reputable guy who asked about my whole setup to match the heads to the cam/lifters etc, i had to replace both intake valves and said the spring pressure was to weak for the S&S 514 cam I'm running so i ASSUME all that was done correctly. for some reason the guy who built the bike cut the old valve guides and did a really shitty job, the look like they were cut with a whizz wheel and no chamfer or radius was put on the inside and i had a lot of pickup on the valve stems them self if that helps any. i just gave my uncle back his spring compressor and the motor is back together

ive never used the aftermarket rocker assy`s where they didn't need to be bolted together on a fixture & honed to proper size, right out of the box, they always bind.i made a fixture years ago to simuate being bolted to the head, then I sunnen hone them

these ones were def crap, the dowels are sloppy and the top cap is not concentric to the bottom, you can feel with your finger that there is slight pickup, i was going to do the same thing as you said with the new ones but even if i machined a pin the same size as the rocker arm and honed with the **** dowels it won't go back together the same way.
