Know very little about those heads, but it should come on quickly.

I can think of three or four small changes but all are expensive relative to the gains now that the build is complete. Different cams, head work, thinner head gasket and a different baffle in the pipe.

I believe anything anyone suggests can help the OP and others who read this when they plan this work.
I would be looking at the heads for more HP; I think you would have been better off with a set of worked stock heads but that's JMHO. You are stuck with the 583 cams or cams with an early intake close with the 89cc heads but, again, JMHO, the 583 would not have been my choice for a 106" motor. A thinner head gasket will bump compression about .3 points but won't make much difference in the numbers. A baffle change might help the HP but TQ will probably take a hit which you don't want.

If you are happy with the way the bike runs, ride it and pretend you never saw the dyno sheet. If you are not happy, get your wallet out because none of the changes you listed above, done individually, will produce significantly better numbers. That would require some combination of the changes you mentioned, like head work and a cam change.

JMHO but yes on the 583 and no on the 5-6 but I would run compression releases.

I have used many sets of Deweys heads and they work well every time and are high quality. The S&S 570 cam is a great cam and will pull out the top well, if you feel you need more low end grunt under 3000rpm then you may want to look into other cams
