Unfortunately it's not only about db. TÜV is about specification compliance and can be a pita. For example: does your motocycle have a red reflector in the back? If not, well, game over.

My recommendation would be to visit the closest HD store or independent HD mechanic, have them check your bike and have show it to the TÜV in their facilities (this way minor issues can be fixed on the spot).

Otherwise chances to pass are probably slim.

Are you at Ramstein?

Here is the link to the regulation that used for vehicle inspection. There is a specific section for motorcycles that talks about exhaust, lighting, mirrors, and a few other things relative to motorcycles.

Do you already have your MSF course complete? If not you will need that before you can register it. I believe you can get a temporary plate in order to get your bike to the MSF course.

Thanks for the link, that is exactly what I was looking for.
I am on Ramstein, but live in Vogelweh. I did the MSF course before I left my last base right before I left. Just wanna make sure my bike passes.

Sweet I live in Kaiserslautern just down the road from Vogelweh. I work at the VRS.

Vehicle Readiness Squadron. It's vehicle maintenance and vehicle operations. We are normally part of LRS but at Ramstein we're our own squadron.
