....Here is the link to the regulation that used for vehicle inspection. There is a specific section for motorcycles that talks about exhaust, lighting, mirrors, and a few other things relative to motorcycles.

Do you already have your MSF course complete? If not you will need that before you can register it. I believe you can get a temporary plate in order to get your bike to the MSF course.
