Default 2014 HDF Euro Meet&Greet (3rd edition) July 18/19/20...

Season is coming to an end so time to start thinking about next year's riding season.

Let me hear your ideas where and when will we meet for the 2014 HDForums.com M&G in 2014...

Like previous editions, the scope of this M&G is:
1. to meet HDF members who we know from the forum in person,
2. discuss our mutual interests,
3. make a bike tour of ~ 300km in a scenic and preferably mountainous area,
4. have a BBQ and drink a few beers after the ride and
5. ride home after breakfast next (Sunday) morning.

Cologne/Aachen region? Mosel is close by along with Eifel region.

We did Mosel/Eifel area this year.

I'll put up a shortlist and add your preferences.

Any specific time frame? Last two events were mid-July.

I have no clear preference Rene but, the Oberammergau with its Southern location sounds glorious.
I'm in, regardless of date or location!

Have to see how things work out. Might have some family in town around then. Debating on Hitting Ride the Alps at the end of June. Not sure If I would want to make the trek to Bavaria Twice in the span of a month. But still a Definitely Maybe.

Thanks responding, guys!

@Petro:
Letting me know your preferences might help to decide where and when to meet. The areas and time frame I posted are optional only and far from binding!

@ all:
In order to facilitate the decision making process, like this year I'd like you to add the max distance you're willing to travel. In my case that would be ~500 km crows-flight....
