You could always see if the guy with the 96 would do a trade.
I emailed him he still has it. Didn't offer a trade would rather go in clean with cash. I'd have to bring a test rider to check it out too. I know it's not going to work out for me but I guess I'll list it and try.

All of these are under 20,000 miles and only one sold at $4800.

Where I'm looking this is a little closer than what I was thinking.

It would list @ about 6-7k around here, and would actually sell for 5-6k.

As another suggested, I would spend the few bucks to put some pads on it. The first thing I think when I see ads like that is it's a neglected clunker that someone is trying to dump.
I am not saying that is the case, but that is the impression it gives. JMO

I gotta agree with fixing the brakes before you sell it.

How you can get rid of your first Harley to buy a used one (two owners already) that got replaced the engine :\ ?

Have you ever considered to upgrade your wonderful Low Rider Evo installing a Custom Road Captain Batwing Fairing or Memphis Shades ?

I said I'd never sell it but Craigslist got me. Nope never looked at fairings for it. It's a narrow glide and I replaced the stock top mount headlight with a bottom mount so I figured nothing would fit.

Probably right. Just looking at finished bikes and my unfinished project make you think about moving on to something else.
