It would have helped if you had put the link in the post as it looked like you were referring to the one in the pic.

That bike sure is ugly. I'll sell you my 98 low rider for the same price and it looks soooo much better

Sorry to say, no such thing as a 1998 Twin Cam. They were first introduced in the 1999 model bikes. Softails still had Evo's that year.

Now maybe someone bought one at the end of 1998, but it is a 1999 bike.

I have seen the import papers, built and registered in 1998...I didn't believe it either until I saw it. It may be a 1999 MODEL but it was purchased in 1998...why are you splitting hairs? you are wrong I am right...but I respect your right to be wrong under the 45th amendment....

It was a 1999 model.

I can go buy a 2015 Road Glide today, does not make it a phantom 2014 Road Glide that does not exist.

Just saying.

Build date has little to do with the year model here, which is I think why we're not agreeing on this. If the 10th digit of the VIN is an X it gets titled as a 1999, even though production could have been as early as August, or possibly July of 1998 (not sure when HD does model changeover).
