I called local moco dealers and their pricing for alignment is around $165.00. I figured I might as well get myself stabilizer for that price. Plus they normally do an alignment when they change tire right? Or.., is it possible that we need to "re-align" it again after sometimes?

Check wheel alignment yourself, from first principles. Bear in mind that additionally there is vehicle alignment, which is checking the alignment of the engine/trans in the frame. As the swingarm and rear wheel are mounted off the trans that can affect wheel alignment. Best read a service manual for that!
