and...Depends on the Year Model...Previous to '91 the Cam was Not that bad.
Post '91...not so good at all....

The timings are available on some of the cam brands websites. The stock cam profiles are very tame, to help keep noise levels down and so meet the EPA regulations. The later twincams were introduced to further reduce noise generated by the Evo cam gears. Pretty well any aftermarket cam will give improved performance, but its wise to avoid using an ambitious profile! I used an EV27 in my Glide for several years, which is a great cam and probably gets most recommendations in here.
