I told him looked about 7 hours short I think. I found a cheap quote of 300 then he backed away. Assume he must not want it. Id drive 7 hours for a good deal and to avoid someone strapping my new purchase down any day

 

What do you guys think about a 95 road King with 50k+ on it and no working odometer. A claimed top end at 50k before speedo quit? 4500 or best offer

 

Wouldn't scare me. I bet it can be bought for 4, which sounds OK. Almost any big twin will bring 5 in the spring when everyone is bike crazy. In my area at least.

 

There's two, one 5k one 4500. Ones a 96. Newer has been repainted which I don't care for just because it might not have been done right

 

Go ride 'em, see how they feel, paint can be fixed, chrome don't get ya home but a good motor (like a good woman) is sometimes hard to find at the cheaper end of the scale
