Yeah I know but do you remember that it took him 6 months to figure out that the part of the tanks that face the frame was dirty and needed cleaning??
I just thought there might be a chance that he never flipped the console over.

 

Yep, flipped it over, removed it, took the ignition switch off and CLEANED it.

I have not removed the lense yet though. I'll be do that as soon as the one I ordered arrives.

 

Just out of curiosity have you cleaned the backside of the speedometer yet???
I hear those can get pretty dirty too!!!!

 

Well, I do have "floaters" under the Speedo glass.......

Nah seriously, been wrenchin' on this old Bronco I drug home, and just busy with life in general.

Don't worry, I still think about you guys all the time...

 

I used CD's on mine traildog. They are bright as hell even in the sunlight. Used blue in the speedo and its great at night. I got bulbs that have at least 270° or better. I posted pictures a few pages back when I did this.

 

Same color bulbs as lenses.

 

I don't know if these are going to work out........ BWAAAAAAAAAAA!
