So, I'm out shining on Scarlett this morning, and I noticed I hadn't topped off the tank. I like to keep it full in the winter. So, I threw on the leathers, and rode to the Speedway..........(that's a gas station for those of you who don't know)


Filled her up and took off...... Problem is, I ran a couple of gallons out of her taking the long, long, long way home dammit. .


Guess I'll have to fill a can unless the temps stay a 45*.......


Ah...... that was nice.............

EDIT. I would have kept going, but, had to get home and watch the COLTS whip up on the TEXANS........

 

Just remember tat you can't mix old and new, go for a long ride to empty her out first,
then fill her up.

I always have to top off with a can, even though there's a station barely a mile away. Don't put it away till the roads are salted, and ain't gonna salt the bike for a top off. If there wasn't any salt, I'd just fill it up at the station, take the long way home, and have to keep doing that all winter...

Now you pissed me off - I filled yesterday and paid 315 a gallon.
I live in the Bakken - how much oil does Indiana produce?
