Yes, there are a number of suppliers, JIMS do too. The problem is sizing ... the proper way being to ream from the inside of the crankcase through the bearing. Some are sold deliberately tight just to allow for doing so. If it has to be reamed, I'd image having one lathed up to suit at the same time is the way to go. But you can imagine what that will add to the job. Standard size 1.0035", I think. Could be better ...
Johnz suggest H-D OEM were the best fit, some also need drilled for the oil way. I cannot say yet.
