1993 FLHS Seat Modification Question
Heya All,
I got some good advice from you all on a H4 to LED headlamp conversion question, so here I am again with a seat question.
I have replaced the one piece seat that the bike came with a HD 2 piece with a backrest accessory seat and its just worn out, so I want to get it rebuilt.
I've seen many endorsements on these forums for Mean City Cycles. and that may be the eventual choice, but I'd like to see if anyone has personal experience with this vendor:
Americana Soft Seats
http://www.americanasoftseats.com/
Their prices seem reasonable, and I could save shipping by dropping it off on my next business trip to New Jersey [ I live in NY on Long Island].
So, can anyone supply personal experience's on them?
Thanks in advance,
Rich

1993 FLHS Seat Modification Question
Thanks very much for the reply. Sorry it took me so long to thank you, I had to go out of town on business, and between that and the blizzard it slipped off my radar.
Great point about meeting the people in person. I will try to do that.
If I don't get a good vibe, I can always choose another vendor.
Again, thanks!
