Default Listen to the Doctor.....

As soon as you motor fails you need to immediately check for spark it's the only way to determine if it's something in the ignition sequence.....or not......

you did not say if the cam trigger was replaced and if you are using the stock ignition it has one - we see this issue when the trigger overheats - if you take the nose cone cover off sometimes it will go 15 or even 20 Min before kicking out as the heat is not as great with the cover off -- i have a can of freon we take with us if it shuts off i give it a blast and it comes right back - the later injected bikes with the sencer in the block next to the alt plug a garden hose make them come back alive in 10 seconds --

look at the wire at the trigger in if it looks melted switch it out

I don't have any of these problems with my points ignition. They just work and work and work.

Classic symptom of the ignition trigger in the timing cover failing.
Once any heat is introduced, it dies.
Pull the points cover off, fire the bike and verify that with a hair dryer.
We install Dyna 2000i's when this occurs.

Since you've replaced everything else and a couple of folks have suggested the same, try swapping out the sensor in the nosecone and see if that is it. They do melt and have issues occasionally. Here's a $20 "try and see" as we call it.

There are 3 parts to the ignition system that tend to have thermal problems: Module, pickup and coil. What did you replace with an unknown used part?
the main circuit breaker and the ignition circuit breaker (2 different breakers) will also cause all kinds of ignition problems. so i would say there is 5 parts that can have "thermal problems".

Just to add to your check list ... a bad coil will also cut out after it warms up. There is a nifty little spark tester available at any auto parts store that is about the size of a big pen . You simply touch it to a spark plug cable and if it senses current in the cable it will flash. When your motor cuts out use this while trying to restart. Its a cheap and very easy way for you to verify a fuel or ignition problem .
