Whoops! Didn't read close enough. Mine's not two tone heads and jugs.

Thanks for all the pics. I think I'm going to get the barrels powder coated black. The heads may be OK as is, although I haven't seen them yet since they were bead blasted. I could always have them done in silver powder coat.

What you have in mind is how my shovel came when new, plain alloy heads and cases etc, black iron barrels - a classic Harley look! Of course a lot of other brands used the same appearance back in the day when iron barrels were common, so a good choice IMHO!

My 82. I want to do this to my 2000 FLHT when I do a big bore.

I would kill for a bike like your 1982 FLH...we don't get many good shovelheads down here in NZ...nice bike !!!

My 84 FXSB Shovel was two toned and when the Blackline came out a guy came out of the gas station and asked me if I copied my two tone motor look from the Blackline??? WTF! Damn RUB's
