Rear Frame Assembly Bar/Plate holder

Rear Frame Assembly Bar/Plate holder
Putting a new seat on my 96 king and looking to ditch the back rest/luggage rack to clean up the rear. Since this rack on there now holds the plate and mounts on each side I'm looking to find the Rear Frame Assembly bar. Harley has the part number as 47440-92 but this is an old part number. Anyone know if a newer model will work or a good reliable spot for used parts?? I've seen others say just go without and relocate the plate but I don't want it to look unfinished.
Any help is appreciated as I have spent several hours trying to find either the bar or information on this.

I am speaking of that U shape bar. want to keep it looking finished and not just like by bars are there with no finish to them... I like those lights but Im going to be putting the back rest back on when the wife and I ride (every now and again). So I was thinking the bar. ..... Where did you get your lights from or what did you use/suggest?

I think you will have to make one. I just used thick wall tubing..bent it with heat and by eye. Made the brackets and welded then on then sent to the electroplaters. It looks like factory made. I couldn't find one anywhere.
