Default starter issue on electra glide

Ok road my bike all day yesterday now it won't start all I get is a loud click from starter not the relay the starter engages but won't roll over.

12.9 volts from battery
12.5 volts at starter
12.48 volts at the relay spade on starter
0.0 volts at solenoid when starter engages

when I remove solenoid wire from starter post I get 10.9 volts from post but when I hook solenoid wire back up I get nothing. If I jump the solenoid wire with my batter it will fire right up.

Any ideas?

Honestly appears to me that the solenoid is grouping out since I have volts when it's not hooked up and when I add power to the solenoid wire it fires up. Idk it's baffling me

One test I did not do is to add 12 volts to the little wire connection on starter to see if it rolls over I will try that tomorrow

I am trying to understand, Are you getting 12+ v from the starter relay wire when the starter button is pressed, ign on?
And when you jump it to there it starts?

12.48 volts from relay to starter. It clicks when I hit start button now I can use jumper cables and touch solenoid wire from battery and it will start

Have you tried dropping in a new starter relay?

It may also be in your wiring.
Check the sticky above about adding a relay.

No I haven't tried that yet. I'm getting 12.5 out of relay at starter so I didn't think that could be the issue.
