Well I had never heard of a 'decker', but the internet suggests it is a dresser you have?! Those cams don't sound very dresser friendly to me, but hopefully our experts will be along soon. Ported stock heads with suitable CR and cam should give you some very worthwhile extra performance.

Not my choice of cams.... will also need a major bump in compression. Also those cams are not bolt in cams....

SE heads power range comes in higher in the rpms's as designed, EV5 numbers are also towards the higher rpm range, if you had a light bike go for it but a rolling couch needs to be targeted down lower in the rpm range.

SE heads biggest contribution is 72 cc chambers, raises the compression by just bolting them on but the port design is lacking in the lower rpm range. They cannot be altered to move to the lower side but can be made to storm on the top side. Stock heads can have alot done with them but start bottoming out when getting past 100 hp.

Try and stay with a cam in the 36 to 42 intake closing area, the lower the intake closing heads towards the quicker bottom end power is targeted. EV13, EV27, Woods 6, Vthunder 3010 are good bagger cams. If you want more then bump the compression with a EV27 or Woods 6 and you are ready to rock. You can split hairs with compression to make a larger cam work but a calculation mistake is costly with a slug on the bottom end or a detonation monster meaning usually a redo
