You can get these at any good hardware store (link below)...some bikes have easy wrench access to the bolt heads, some don't (like mine). Just pay attention to the size of the flange on the bolt.

The "S" shaped allen wrench can be picked up at a plumbing supply store or maybe even home depot. They usually come with a new garbage disposal (yes the one on your sink) to free them up when they get stuck.

For the intake manifold bolts on the right side I used Diamond Engineering 12-Point Intake Manifold Bolts - PB537S. https://www.denniskirk.com/271383.sku The a 1/4 drive 5/16 12 point socket with a swivel. This was johnzz's recommendation and it worked great. A heck of a lot easier than fighting to get a piece of an allen in there and using a box wrench. The left side are hex head bolts.
