Condition of neck bearings? Swing test? Bearings may be worn or need adjustment. Check the runout on the wheels?

I thought it may be the neck bearing but it passes the test described in the service manual , I need to figure out how to check wheel and engine alignment and wheel runout

If the swingarm bits are all new, wheel bearings are good (front and rear) and the front end is tight, then motor mounts are about all that is left.

Try putting a jack under the motor and lifting a little What moves? That front or top mount might be shot.

Have you checked/adjusted the steering bearings for the free play?

FWIW I once adjusted my fall away according to the book and got a wobble around 80 mph.
Tightened them back up and it went away.

Not saying this is your problem but it is something to try.

Are the tires balanced and mounted on the rim going the correct direction ? Alignment ? Bad wheel bearing, air pressure, loose saddle bag moving in the wind?? Loose tranny to frame bolts ?
