It is a life saver as i am almost 50....its harder and harder to keep correct posture without the back rest...i can sit in the saddle 15 hours with it tho...lol
They do, hence the link to mustang's back rests I posted.

That's what happens when someone reads the first post and jumps right in, because they're the only one that knows the answer. The other posts in the thread don't matter.

I've got this one for sale if you're interested. I just removed it from a '96 road king I bought a little bit ago that has become my project bike. I also have a VERY thick passenger pillion to go with it as part of a set if you're interested.

My 95 flhtc has the mount under the seat for a driver backrest, same assembly they sell for the new twinkie FLs, just need a seat with the slot cut in it

Thanks for the offer, but my bag lid covers and the rear fender bib have studs. Also, seems like consol on a King is longer than the FLH, not sure on this.

I have a 07 road king seat on mine, you have to trim a inch ouorr so off the front tab, wrap it in rubber and fits nice and fight. As for the shorter console the dealer sells a leather filler panel for that, can take pic tomorrow if ya need.
