I like the self tightening straps that come with it.
I think the best would be a combination of this roll on wheel chock with the self tightening straps.
Maybe something like this: http://www.wheeldock.com/page/home/r...ey-wheel-chock
Not a big can of the wheel chock but I do like the self tightening ratchet straps he uses.
The quick connect can be mounted at the very front of the trailer. With a 5x9 trailer I can still get sheets of 4x8 plywood to ride flat.
Oh just to keep this in the EVO forum, it'll hold my 1993 FLHS:

EVO trailer project
Going to revive this thread, as I've completed the work on the trailer to haul my EVO FLHS (and my son's FLHT-twin cam) around in.
Here's the bare frame:
And the 10' plywood:
Needed to weld some additional plates unto the frame (both sides and floor) so the plywood laid flat and had more area to bolt through:
Drilling and Fitting:
I used special carriage bolt washers that I counter sunk into the plywood using a Forstner bit:
More Pics:
Two of the six recessed D-Rings I installed
'Aiming ramp' for the Harley:
WheelDock system installation:
I opted for the optional mount so the WheelDock can be installed and removed by only pulling a pin:
Took it all apart and sealed it up using Aluthane:
Reassembled:
I'll post up pics of the interior next week that has recently been Line-X coated.
My FLHS fits nicely in it, and thanks to the suggestions I got earlier in the thread, it is easy to load/unload with the WheelDock system.
