I really have liked my Dunlop Elite3 tires but its about time for a new set, they have lasted a long time and given great performance. Do you think I will like the American Elite just as much on my 98 Fatboy.

 

If you like them why change???
I haven't tried the 3's but I'm very happy with the American Elite that I put on the front of my Softail but I've got less than 500 miles on it so far.

I really, really like the American Elites that replaced the Elite-3's on my Geezer glide. The FXR will get them next if the E-3's will ever wear out.

 

Recently put AE's on my SG. Terrific choice.

I have been really pleased with the Elite 3 and I'm hoping I will like the American Elite even better, if that could be possible, and like I said I'm hoping it is.

 

I got my Elite 3's at Jake Wilson, forget what I paid but it was a great deal at the time. Researched yesterday and found they had the best price again at 115.98 for front MT90B16 and rear 139.88 with free shipping.


If anyone knows of a better price please feel free to pass it along.

 

Had the American Elite on back over a year and still looks fairly new. Best tire I have had to date. I will be putting one on the front soon.

 

I love my American Elites. I have almost 7k on the set I have on my Heritage. Front looks like new and I would be hard pressed to find any wear on the rear as well.

Great wet weather traction.

 

I put an American Elite on the front and have a little over 4000 miles on it. Great tire...way better than the 402's. I'll be putting one on the rear when it's time to replace it.
