No, but I'd risk/am hoping to do my own, and learn from experience. Yes, Tman, that's was Axtell said too "no worries on later ones", they were quite specific. For the numbers they've sold, you really don't hear that many complaints.

The S&S bore for the 96" is smaller (3.625 or 3-5/8"), not sure what case size bore required yet but it's under 4". It would make for an 88" without the stroker flywheels. Less than 1 hp per inch, 6" ... probably not worth the effort.

The work's a lot cheaper or more cost effective to go for a big bore than setting up a stroker if you have the right cases. With the cost of Evo parts as they are, I'd be slowly building a "new/old" alternative engine using aftermarket or new cases which could just be slotted in later and just keep the old one stock and reliable.
