Default Whats the Top Speed of your Evo ?

Im curious. Whats the top speed of your Evo ? I took mine out today and got up to 96 and backed off. I think it would break 100 pretty easy but it was cold and pretty windy today.

Took my 95 RK up to 100, in Mexico of course, but it didn't have much more left.

I bought a used 97 flsts and had it up to about 105 or 110. It took a while to get there, however.

about 90 mph. maybe a little more if you're going down hill.

The computer limits the revs on mine.

The Electra Glide is happy at 80 and I've pushed her well into the 90's.

These are not fast bikes!!

I back off at 125 because the word Dunlop came to mind. Its more quick than fast.

I had read somewhere that the typical top speed of an electraglide was 80. I didn't think that sounded right so I decided to see today. Sounds like you guys have had similar results. I'm not normally into speed. My bike is plenty powerful for me. I prefer a nice cruise. I was pretty impressed though considering it was hauling my 215 lb butt. Ole Max got up to speed pretty quickly too but, since he's 26 years old, I prefer to take it easy on him.

Not tried, it gets kind of unstable after 90 (Road King) but I'm working on that. Does a batwing slow them down any? I'm fixing up an old Shovelhead one right now.
