. Simply bump with deburing tool and couple passes with file makes a notch no problem. Could be done with just a rat tail file. Rotors are not that hard. For guys that have trouble making spacers. Get it all figured out with PVC pipe and just make them all .010 bigger. File to fit. Make sure u get them perfectly centered or nothing but brake problems. Make sure the inner is set prefert as most are not

Had my local machinist take a look and he is going to whip up a conversion spacer to use stock axle with the RG stock bearings will post pics asap

They make adapter to go 3/4 axle to 1 inch or 25 mm bearing But just a little thin for my liking on the front. Just make sure u get wheel centered in brakes. IMPORTANT

you can also use your 3/4 axle and just use the reducer bushings in either 25mm, or 1inch bearings.
