Default Fxr mag on a bagger?

I am looking at 19' fxr dyna mag on a 97 bagger. Anyone done this ? Ride quality??

I don't know the answer to your question, but it should be noted that an FXR is not a dyna.

What I meant was the fxr and the dyna both had 19 9 spoke mags

If you are thinking along the lines of recent touring models, some of which come with a 19" front wheel, there is an important difference to consider. The FXRs and Dynas have a narrow rim which takes a narrow tyre with low load rating. The current touring bikes have a wide rim which takes a wide low profile tyre with a suitable load rating.

As for your specific query, I don't know if the FXR/Dyna front wheels have a similar overall width to a touring front wheel, so the brake rotors will line up with the calipers.
