I remember that thread. I think it's worth a try. You might also try pulling a vacuum on the breather line while it is still liquid so that it might pull into the seam, or lean the bike over and let gravity help some. People have reported success with that stuff.

Thanks Hess, appreciate the feedback. I may also switch back to a non synthetic as I'm running Lucas

Just wanted to give a quick bike report. I've put 1000 miles on her in the last 3 weeks including a 500 mile ride on the weekend. She ran like a charm and I was very impressed. She is weeping a little bit so I will switch back to a mineral oil as I'm currently running Lucas 20w50 syn. Castrol seems popular on the forum so I'll give that a try.
