Actually.... With any used vehicle it becomes your's the first time it breaks.... Or the first time ya gotta re-fix what the knucklehead previous owner fixed...

I think it was officially yours when you christened it by kissing the ground with the fairing.

Got the Ultra in '11 with 58k, it's on 28k now, and yes, it got christened the first day, fairing didn't hit though.

Went with co worker to pick up a bike he bought.

It had been many years since he had ridden. He expressed a concern about dropping it.

I reminded him of his gravel drive way and told him. Soon as you get home step off the bike and just it throw down. Just to get over with

He didn't seem impressed with my idea
