I Still want that new mag. I have not heard anything bad about the Ultima mags.

That's what I did up front...the chrome was peeling in the bead area.

Not as nice as a new mag though!

Yes, Yes I do feel much better. That wheel is $cary cheap at 100 mph.

Doing good thanks. Put 350 miles on it since the build and just changed the oil today. Oil looked good after pouring it out of the filter and letting it drain into a clean rag.

Probably going to hit the mountains in the morning.

How's yours running?

Im having Kevin adj my pushrods today, they have not been touched in 3 yrs. He said he would have it done by noon.

OK, Indy said my orig mag is not designed for a tube and a tube in that mag could get a hole and go flat very quickly. Also a tube stem is not designed for the mag.
Looks like I need a new wheel. So, is the ultima mags a good strong mag or Im open to opinions.

well people hit triple digits on those cheap spoke wheels all the time an I haven't heard of a complaint. I did a quick google search an the big complaint is that if you don't keep them clean an waxed they will rust an peel an don't trust the bearing are set correctly.
