Your right, and I don't get why this 30 yr tire mechanic has all the doom and gloom, The wheel looks new from what I see.

That's not a problem with the wheel.
That's a problem with the nut that connects the handlebars to the seat!!!!!

That's the other 2 problems, the seat is not keeping me in place and the handlebars want to pull out of my hands.

That's the other problem. If ya twist a little too much it wants to drift sideways.
