Its a Harley. If it stops leaking, add oil.

Well it's deffo still leaking. I'm guessing from this cog, it's shiny underneath and at the top and it's blown it onto the swing arm.

Would riding the bike hard make it more likely to leak like this?

I do wind her up.

Is it possible it could be transmission fluid? I don't even know if you could tell the difference. ??

Evos like to be warmed right through before risding them hard. If you ride hard while it is still cold that may add to your problem.

So just out of curiosity are you going back to the same mechanic???
5th or 6th time's the charm right???
Not really sure as I've lost count in the number of times you have been to that shyster.

You would be surprised how much oil will sling from your belt if it was getting oil on it from a previous leak, after the leak has been fixed, ask me how I know.

I don't really wanna take it back to this mechanic trust me. Problem I have is I have paid him £2500 and I can't afford to take it somewhere new. So all the time he is having back under the province that he hasn't fixed what I paid for I'm stuck really.

I keep thinking about tackling it myself, but I've paid him money already, and if a mechanic can't get it right I don't have much chance lol
