Yeah, that center stand might be a good solution.

Or bungie cords. I met a guy at Sturgis once that had a girl friend that would bring her own ropes to the bar. That way she could get falling down drunk and make sure she would not fall off the bike on the way home. Ahh, the 80's. What a decade.

I was in high school in the late 80's. I graduated in 1989.

Strange, it's the same as the stock one.
Might just be the bend is greater at the mount end.

I wish, can't sleep more than 2 hours. Recurring dreams/nightmares.
So I really didn't mind. But the OL wonders what I'm doing in the garage.
