What does the VOES have to do with it??
I have a 7 pin connector with the VOES.
Not sure what the extra pin is for but it must be something other than the VOES.

Not sure if the international models have a voes or not. If they do then it shouldn't be an issue to splice in any ignition model, That's all

My International spec '90 had a VOES. A feature of the stock ECM on these bikes is that they inhibit performance, as they are a part of the EPA/noise reduction set-up. In the absence of a direct replacement it would be wise to get an aftermarket unit, which will give improved performance.

Going to the post office or UPS today when they open. I have been sick in bed for the last few days.
