That's nice but with an aftermarket frame it ain't worth ****.
Not to mention that you will have to pay more for insurance on it as it is a custom build and not a production bike.

Just out of curiosity what do they want for it?

I'm not sure I'd give $2k.

That aftermarket frame really kills the value.

That bike is an FXR, not a Dyna. Could be a jolly good bike, but the frame and it's history are still a mystery. Where did you find the STP number, is that on it's documentation? The bike looks like a stock Harley to my eye, the VIN should be on the right side of the steering head IIRC.

Yep it looks like a fairly stock FXR...but not an 89.

It has the braces on the front fender...and the old style clutch release...both were gone by 89.

Maybe an earlier FXR crashed, burned or whatever, so the running gear built into an aftermarket frame? The engine number would tell a lot more of the story.
