What I experienced was intake. It firing but because of the intake leak the fuel wasn't there until enough suction to pull the fuel. Sprayed starter fluid while idling and it picked it up. Changed intake seal problem solved.
Agreed - exhaust may be leaking, but is not the cause of no combustion.

Compression checked out fine. I wouldn't mind doing a leak down test but I do not have the equipment for it.

Bike is firing on both cylinders at idle after the gasket change. I posted a video of the bike running after it was warmed up on the second page.

I do plan on taking a look at the ignition module to make sure it tests out ok.

Once I get the baffles in there for a little back pressure and see how its runs, I will take it from there.

Thanks for giving me some ideas on what to look for.

I just checked the coil.

Primary = 2.9
Secondary = 10,420

It looks like the secondary side is a little low =\

Cool Plug wires ..!!!

if you have the Screamin Eagle plug wires on it ...or any aftermarket wires...**** can them and get some stock ones from somewhere ...try a set from a friends bike ..ones you know are good ...and see what difference that makes ...nearly every bike we see with the S/E or aftermarket wire all seem to run like **** untill the stock wires are put back on...

I've had Screaming Eagle wires on mine for years.
Bike runs great.

This is the first I've head of there being problems with them.
Do they have too much resistance compared to stock????

There are SE wires on them now. I am curious to see how she will run once the baffles get installed.
