Ultima vs S&S ? ? ?

I know all you've heard this question before. I dont want people beefin over it. Im just hoping to hear some good and badexperiences and stories about these two companies. Im building my first bike using a redneck frame, primo tranny and primo extreme belt drive. Can I beg everyone to give me some suggestions. thank you.

we use a lot of Ultima engines, great bang for the buck. At first we too were skeptical, so we bought the first one assembled and took it apart and checked everything. All was well within specs and the parts appeared to be good quality. The only thing we changed was the rings to total seal and did a little pocket porting and port matching. It was no worse thanthe S & S's and Revtech's we've seen.

are ultima's elbruto's just as reliable?

and for miacycles, how much would it be for a 107 and a 113 black finished el bruto?

Buyan S&S.....it's your bike, call Kendall Johnson and ask him about the Ultima's, I would run a revtech before an El Bruto myself.......PM if you need prices on an S&S, I can get the other brand but I wont sell it to you, I dont need the headaches.

what kind of problems or headaches did you encounter on the el bruto's and how long ago was it? i heard they got rid of the bugs.everyone told me that revtech is not bad but you cant really get parts for it. can you email me prices on the s&s at bucky10181@yahoo.com.

i have a redneck frame with primo trans and belt drive. thinking of going with bdl forward controls. going to put on progressive air ride also. id like to know if im going about it the right way. please leave me your honest opinions and experiences. first custom build and want it to ride like a harley (if thats possible).
