I've got some pretty heavy cabinets I'm going to put in the basement some winter, will put a narrow line of boards painted to match and just leave them there, might get a lot of weight in those cabinets.

A Coleman store opened up in my city. I think it is just temporary for the holidays. I stopped by today to have a look and couldn't believe the great deals they had.
Most things were less than ten bucks. I got some binoculars for ten bucks, a bungee cord net thing for five bucks, a neoprene face mask made to wear with a motorcycle helmet for a few dollars, a couple of clear plastic watertight containers fir next to nothing.
I am planning on going back, maybe with my dad because they had so much stuff.
I am posting this in case you see one of these places pop up in your area. It is worth stopping to have a look. A number of items were motorcycle specific.

Been some long *** days of work the last few weeks. Got the kitchen cabinets mostly finished. Still have a million little tasks to complete before I can declare them done, but for the moment, they are finished enough for the countertop guys to come in and take their measurements, and that's good enough.
I was surprised at how out of level my floor was. This house is about 20 years old, and we ended up shimming the end of that last cabinet a good half inch.

This was taken on for the wife and her desires as to HER kitchen.
I did tell her "I'll do it just like you want and you need to get it right cause I ain't doing this again." 15 years So far so good

I don't have any cake other than the pound cake video I posted but I did buy this today while continuing my Christmas shopping. It is a three foot long Twix candy. I figured I would give it to my sister and her husband and they can each start eating on each an end then meet in the middle.
