I joined a gym Saturday and have been working out every morning when I get off work before going home. Working out seems to be helping and improved my breathing a lot. I noticed that the healthier and stronger I am, the better I can ride. When I was younger, I was in incredible physical condition because I was running with the teams in Coronado. That's the goal I am chasing.
Yeah, Coronado. Seems like a lifetime ago.

I am sure everyone here knows Hank Williams Jr song Whiskey Bent and Hell Bound. Traildog inspired me to do a rewrite of a song, and so that's what I chose.
I've got a good Evo I own
I think it can do no wrong
But sometimes, Lord, it just makes a funky sound
And you know that's when I wrench
Now I can't help myself but bitch
And I'll go crazy until the noise is found
On the forum I'll spend some time
As I am going out of my mind
And I'll end up with some second hand part I found
Just as sure as the mail man comes
Thinking about my Evo I own
And I'll go crazy until the noise is found
Going to ride the country roads
Adhering to the biker code
Cause you know I still love to ride
And hear Evo sounds
Don't need no twin cam parts
The tensioners fall apart
And I'll go crazy until the noise is found
Yeah old Harley's
Always make me feel profound

Had a great workout this morning. I am continuing to improve. I was doing lateral pull downs with so much enthusiasm this morning I was like an animal, banging the bar on my chest when I would pull it down with a good amount of weight selected.
I would like to thank Omaha for his encouragement and commenting that I must be a tough son of a gun dealing with all this. That helps motivate me and keeps me going.
I have an appointment with my massage therapist this afternoon.

Bungo, jolly well done old chap, assuming you support Glasgow Warriors! Splendid match, grinding the Leicester Tigers' noses in the dirt of their own pitch. As a hereditary Glaswegian I'm a bit concerned however that the Warriors colours seem to be powder blue, which doesn't quite match the butch and masculine image the guid Scots of that city embody!
It's a shame our North American friends can't see and hear the post-match interview with Finn Russell - would be interesting to hear their comments......

The Glaswegians built a great many ships including huge liners such as the Queen Mary, now in Long Beach CA, so historically are heavy steel men. So yes, powder blue is hardly a suitable colour for guys with such a tough and manly heritage! Unfortunately the sportscasters had not a boob between them.
The man-of-the-match Finn Russell is probably Glaswegian and if you can understand a word he says in his interview, speaking in his local dialect, you're a better man than me (despite having Glaswegian roots myself)!
