Yes this will definately help andI did that on the 92....was out on the road stopped for gas and saw the oil leak.We werent too far from a Harley dealer in Jonesboro,Ar. It was saturday afternoon,the shop part was closed but the salesman cut an allen wrench down so we could tighten it down snug for the trip home.
If you look at JP cycles,they have the rocker box ratchet etc fairly cheap.Northern Tools may have them as well.If you own an evo,they're good to have with ya on trips.One thing I might add....Evos really need to warm up before blasting down the hiway!
