Default front end wobble

Anybody else have front end wobble on a 1998 Heritage? It's fine as long as my hands are on the grips at all times. I'm used to having bikes that track straight till the last mph. Suggestions?

Chuck away the balance weights on the front wheel...and check for slack in the bearings.
