Default cam install

Just finished installing EV 27 cam . Took it out for a quick run. Runs smooth and sounds a bit throaty. Has a nice lope to it. Got a leak , looks like from the pushrod tube so I guess I squashed an o ring while installing. Gonna pop off the pushrod cover in a bit and see if thats it.

I had this same problem with the upper tube o-ring. Ever since then I pull down the o-ring, make sure it is centered on the pushrod tube and then press the pushrod tube up.

If that nosecone bolt is not seating then you may have the wrong bolt in that hole.
I'm sure you noticed that the nosecone has different length bolts.
You probably switched a couple during reassembly.

Thats what I thought but top bolts are long and lower are short. Took out the 2 leaking bolts and put a compression washer on and sealed with hi-temp gasket sealant. Waiting for it to cure right now
