Found one locally. It has an American Flag and Low Rideron the front on Front End and FXR Custom 5/650 on a tag on top of trees.I thought there were 750 Produced. Any enlightment will be Deeply Appreciated
Sounds interesting. What colour scheme is it? 1987 IIRC was the centenary of the Statue of Liberty and there were some commemorative models. My tourpak came off one.....
It looks just like the ones that are called"Blue Frame" produced in 1987.That is my Dilemna,that is said only 750 were made with frame matching Tank and Fenders in that Blue scheme.
The "Liberty Edition" was 1986. A Harley dealer may be able to verify your bike through a serial number search. I have a 1986 FXRC and the tag on the handlebar clamp says there were 1250 made. I remember there were less of the '87s probably due to the blue frame. I think they were the best looking of the three.
