Default fuel tank on 98 road king EFI

This old girl has a leak on the return line fitting going into the tank.Question is how do I remove this fitting to replace "O" ring sealing set.The high pressure line has an allen screw it appears but the other line looks like some kind of clamp.Any ideas how to remove this clamp?

The allen screw is the port to hook a pressure gauge into, the clamps are a crimped fit that is not serviceable from the factory - you might have a DIY altered hose. The fittings in the bottom of the tank are threaded and unscrew, the orings are visable on the end of hose when removed. If it is leaking out the crimped fitting then a new hose will need purchased, will need tank removal to get them off the throttle body.

You can either buy the OEM replacement from Harley at $160 apiece ($300+ for the pair), or buy this one.

Better quality, chrome and braided lines, and the internal O-rings are replaceable.

Shop around, I found a set of the Goodridge lines for $155 shipped.
