Couple of primary seal questions
95 fxstc. A few months ago I bought James primary reseal kit from an Indy. I can tell mostly what goes where, except for a few. There's an oring about 2 in I diameter, and a seal that I think is the shifter shaft seal, but since the James seals are all fully coated with rubber, it didn't seem right. I have a FSM, but it doesn't show the detail.
The stator lip oring, crank shaft seal and spacer, starter shaft seal, and trans sprocket seal are all apparent. These two items are losing me.
Also, is it nessisary to put green locktite on the all rubber James seals?

Lay out all your old seals & match them up. I think you might have a couple extra there. by memory, front to rear they should be, Large "O" ring, Small "O" ring, Tensioner gasket, outer primary clutch cover "O" ring, Inner primary tranny seal, Starter shaft tap in seal & outer primary gasket. Maybe a rubber seal for your stator wiring.
That should be it.
Hatch.
